Shipping Policy

At Legacy 5M, we are committed to providing a reliable and efficient shipping experience for our customers.

Handling Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Transit Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time is 3–5 business days.

Transit times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Total Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time is 4–7 business days, including both handling time and transit time.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped, when tracking is available.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers within the United States. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package size, and shipping method selected.

From time to time, Legacy 5M may offer free shipping promotions on eligible products.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Delays

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Legacy 5M is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
